QUEEN MARY II

The "Queen Mary II", short "QM2" (Cunard Line), belongs with a length of 345,03m to the largest passenger ships in the world. It has 1.310 cabins for 3.090 passangers. The crew includes 1.253 members.

On 19 July 2004 the "Queen Mary II" was in Hamburg for the first time. More than 500.000 spectators watched the arrival of the "QM2" .

For gourmets among the passengers, the "Queen Mary II" provides the largest wine cellar on board of a cruise ship with over 200 varieties in more than 17.000 bottles.
